All orders are shipped from London, UK.
In UK: 1st class Royal Mail, registered options also available. Overseas: Standard Royal Mail Airmail is the default, but registered options are also available.
We will ship registered at buyers request, or by default for high value orders. We cannot be held responsible for items which go missing or are damaged in the post. If a registered option is selected and a tracking service is supplied to us by the shipping company, we will forward this on to you so that you can track the parcel if you wish.
We do our best to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt but sometimes it can take a little longer as we are only a small operation. We always email shipping confirmations and will contact you if we expect any delay. You will then have the option of a full refund.
Actual shipping times will vary depending on the service used and your location. Please visit www.royalmail.com to get a better idea of how long it might take for a parcel to arrive once it's been shipped.

If you receive the wrong item or there is some other problem, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days so that we can try to rectify the problem. If your order is damaged or goes missing in transit then you must take this up with the relevant postal service as it is beyond our control. If you want to add postal insurance to your order then please let us know in advance. We always ship using high quality mailers.
